Our gear is handcrafted to order in San Jose, California. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and some models, sizes or busy periods can take up to two weeks. Tracking information will be emailed to you once it has been assigned to your package. Orders returned because the package was unclaimed, refused, or third-party fees were unpaid will not be refunded shipping costs and handling charges may apply.
